WCT Arena Match ~ MacKenzie
June 15th, 2019 ~ Maryland Polo Club held the WCT Arena match this past Saturday at the EHHC arena. It was a beautiful day for women’s polo with three opposing teams: Bayside Harbor (Sophie Grant, Liv Berube, Madison Jordan); Springtime, Inc. (Samira Waernlund, Brianna Jordan, Pam Patton); MacKenzie (Lila Bennett, Lindsey Morris, Laura Brown).
The club just refurbished the arena playing surface which made for a fast and closely competitive match. MacKenzie came out on top winning the tournament. Lila Bennett’s “Goose” was Best Playing Pony. A Sportsmanship Award was given to one of Maryland’s youngest players, Brianna Jordan.
