Bay Harbor Match
August 2, 2019 ~ On a beautiful Friday night at Ladew Field, Bay Harbor Wealth Management hosted its annual private event featuring an exciting polo match for their guests. Bay Harbor White teamed up against Bay Harbor Blue in a four chukkar match. PJ Othwein (3 handicap) led the White team against Nate Berube (2 handicap), captain of the Blue team. Several of Maryland Polo Club’s youth players were on the team rosters, which gave them some exposure to Friday night polo. Bay Harbor White (PJ Orthwein, Parker Pearce, Madison Jordan, Liv Stringer) pulled away with an 8-5 victory. Trophy presentations found players and event guests surrounded by ponies and children sharing carrots with PJ Orthwein’s, “No Money”, the Best Playing Pony. MVP was awarded to club manager, Nate Berube.
